Above the Counter Loop Kits

The Above the Counter Hearing Loop System provides accessible, one-to-one communication for customers with hearing loss at service points, helping ensure they can communicate clearly and confidently with staff.
The hearing loop aerial is integrated into the blue hearing loop sign, which can be mounted to a vertical surface or positioned on a counter facing the customer using a stand. The aerial connects to the HLD2 Hearing Loop Amplifier and a staff microphone.
When staff speak into the microphone, their voice is transmitted directly to the customer’s hearing aid or cochlear implant through the hearing loop. This provides improved speech clarity and reduces the impact of background noise.
