The Under the Counter Hearing Loop System kit provides accessible, one-to-one communication for customers with hearing loss at service points, helping ensure clear and effective communication between customers and staff.
The hearing loop aerial is discreetly installed beneath the counter, creating a localized magnetic field that transmits the staff member’s speech directly to a customer’s compatible hearing aid or cochlear implant. The aerial connects to the hearing loop amplifier along with the staff microphone.
When staff speak into the microphone, their voice is transmitted directly to the customer’s hearing aid or cochlear implant through the hearing loop. This provides improved speech clarity and reduces the impact of background noise.
