This window intercom system is specifically designed to retrofit into a glass window where an existing system has left a hole in the glass. The glass mounted customer microphone is attached with two ballistic-proof polycarbonate plates that are threat level IIIA rated. The kit comes with either a flush mounted overhead speaker (STS-S30) or an overhead speaker with a bracket (STS-S22).
