We were thrilled to see so many dealers taking time out from work and family life to join the event. We all had such enthusiastic engagement from everyone who came and enjoyed the experience.

The presentations and discussions were insightful, and many thought-provoking questions were asked. Topics included new products, industry news, the impact of Covid,  hearing loop integration in large projects, and much more.

The highlight of the event was no doubt the 2-day breakout rooms, manned by Dave Scroggins, Warren Brown, David Nordberg, James Jardine and Ran Meyrav. These live experiences allowed dealers to have a hands-on experience in small groups with test loops, ceiling installation, network connection and remote access of Contacta V-pro drivers, and window intercom systems. The feedback we received was incredible and we would like to extend our special thanks to Dave, Bob, Warren, David, Ran, Mallorie, Alyssa and James for all their help.

In the last 4 weeks our team delivered four training webinars to demonstrate the full capabilities of the new v 2.2.6 version of the software to Contacta global network of dealers. Attendees were able to see first-hand how easy it is to create customized hearing loop systems for any setting. We are delighted with the positive response we received and we encourage users to work with the software for their loop designs.

During the webinar, we provided a thorough demonstration of the software, showcasing its many features and capabilities such as the all-new metal loss calculator. The new and improved reports produced by the software can now be customised and personalised.
